Commercial read
Marketplaces need onboarding and reconciliation. SaaS companies need retention and expansion. Fintechs need controls and reporting. I build the internal tools and customer workflows behind those numbers.
Build log · Linear-style
A running record of builds, demos and commercial work, tracked the way a product team tracks work. Filter it, open an item, or book a call about a build like it.
From the LaunchForce development tracker, 2023–2024.

Launch lifecycle · illustrative model
Most builds stall between idea and market. This is the curve I run: the shortest commercial path from a problem to paying customers.

No six-month discovery. No architecture theatre. We start with the smallest sellable version, put it in front of real users, and let usage and revenue decide what comes next.

Profile · operator first
A Bachelor of Accountancy, a BBA in Banking & Finance, and a minor in mathematics from the University of Mississippi. Operator instincts and a bias for commercialization.
I have a Bachelor of Accountancy in Accountancy and a BBA in Banking & Finance, with a minor in mathematics, all from the University of Mississippi. I started my career at PwC, where I learned how companies actually make, report, and audit money. My experience since has been advisory-adjacent — close enough to pricing, compliance, clients and the P&L to know what matters, without pretending I ran an advisory practice.
Before LaunchForce, I built and ran StockLaunch, a fintech research app that became LaunchForce. I owned the pricing, subscriptions, sales, and the P&L.
That's why LaunchForce builds like an operator. I don't just ship features. I help commercialize the product: what to build first, how to price it, how customers onboard, and which numbers prove it is working.
Find the price the market will pay, and the package that makes it easy to say yes.
Sharpen the story so the product sells in a demo and survives a procurement call.
Design the first ten minutes, then the first ten weeks, so users come back.
Instrument the business, not just the app: conversion, churn, margin, payback.
Most software fails commercially, not technically. I build for the P&L.

Every model has a different bottleneck. The build should attack the one that moves revenue.
